For interactive dialogues the online inscription for the lists of speakers opened on
Tuesday, 7 September at 4 p.m., and will close
24 hours before the meeting in which the respective debate is scheduled to start.
In exceptional cases, after the online inscription has closed, delegations may still inscribe or withdraw by sending an email to ohchr-hrclistofspeakers@un.org. NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to inscribe online and NGOs are requested to confirm their on-line registration at
ngoconfirmation@ohchr.org.
Speaking time is
1.5 minutes for all. Please also refer to announcements made in Room XX, and through Sched and SMS alert
The
lists of speakers will be made available on the Extranet the day before the debate or dialogue is scheduled to start and will be updated live.
