24 hours before the meeting in which the respective debate is scheduled to start.
In exceptional cases, after the online inscription has closed, delegations may still inscribe or withdraw by sending an email to ohchr-hrclistofspeakers@un.org. NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to inscribe online and NGOs are requested to confirm their on-line registration at
